The full cost of service includes the relevant notarial acts for your documents, the travel fee based on location, and any applicable additional fees.

Notarial Acts:

Acknowledgments: $10 for the first signature; $1 for each additional signature on the same document

Jurats (sworn statements, Oaths & Affirmations): $10 per certificate

Certified copies: $10 per certificate

Copy of notarial records: $1 per page; $10 for certifying the copy, if applicable

Travel Fees:

$50: Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, North Austin

$70: Hutto, Pflugerville, Lago Vista, Jarrell, Manor, Bertram, Steiner Ranch, Florence, Weir, South Austin

Additional Fees:

Same-day appointment: add $15

Weekend appointment: add $25

Holiday appointment: Cost varies

Providing witnesses: $40 per witness

Parking: If there is a parking fee at the client’s chosen location, the parking fee will be added to the client’s bill.

State apostille: Starting at $173; please contact me for a personalized quote

Expedited service: $30

Shipping costs, if applicable: Cost varies based on shipping address & carrier
