I travel to your home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, local coffee shop, or other convenient location to notarize your documents.
Please note that my business address is a mailing address only, and it is not an office location for services.

All notarizations are performed in compliance with Texas notary laws.

All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID). The document must be complete (with no blank spaces) and ready for signature. Do not sign the document in advance—documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Texas law sets the maximum fee for notarial acts. In addition to the notarization fee, a mobile travel fee based on distance and location & other fees may apply.
Apostille and translation services are priced separately.

To obtain an apostille, your document must be properly notarized or be a certified copy issued by the appropriate authority. I provide full-service apostille processing, including document notarization (if needed), submission, retrieval, and delivery.

Processing times vary depending on state or federal agency turnaround times. Expedited service is available for an additional fee. I will provide an estimated timeline when reviewing your documents and can help streamline the process whenever possible.

Yes. I provide hospital and assisted living mobile notary services in Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, and nearby areas. The signer must be mentally aware, willing, and able to communicate at the time of notarization, as required by Texas law.
